As we record and use sensitive data we take the protection of this data very seriously. The Personal Data We Process and What We Do with It
We record and use the following categories of personal data which may include: name, company name, address, telephone numbers, email address and fax number other pertinent personal details and health data.
Sharing Your Personal Data
We only share your personal data with your explicit consent, where, for example we need to contact a third party and give them your contact details in order to resolve a technical issue. Where third parties are used by us to store your personal data, we ensure they are compliant with the data protection law and any such data is not stored outside of the EU.
Retaining Your Personal Data
Whilst you are client of us we will continue to store and use your personal data. If you are a business we will retain your personal data for a period no greater than 10 years from the date of the last invoice. For patients we will retain your personal and health data for a period no greater than 8 years from the date of the last appointment; or if under 10 years of age, until their 18th birthday or if over 10 years of age 8 years from the date of the last appointment. Limited information will retained within our accounts systems indefinitely to maintain the integrity of the data.
As we process your personal data, you have certain rights. These are a right of access, a right of rectification, a right of erasure and a right to restrict processing.
