Michael graduated from WIOC with a BSc(Hons)
Chiropractic in 2008. Since graduating he moved to Lancashire and has remained with Chiropractic Associates (Preston) since August 2008. Michael also provides locum cover for other clinics locally.
Michael's interest in golf has led him to become a registered Titleist Performance Institute Medical Professional (TPI MP). This has helped Michael to successfully treat sports professionals, especially golfers, from amateur to professional level.
Michael's interest in Chiropractic first
developed at the age of 10 when he was treated for knee and low back pain in
his local clinic in Derry, Ireland. Interest grew over the next 8 years before
applying for his place in WIOC (Welsh Institute of Chiropractic).
Michael enjoys treating the broad spectrum of
the community that comes to see him through Chiropractic Associates and finds
it very rewarding when people reach their goals and see long term benefits
through Chiropractic care.
Since graduation he has keenly developed addition skills including Cox® Decompression Flexion Distraction, as well as instrument assisted muscular pain/function treatment. He has a special
interest in sports injuries and injury prevention by monitoring and controlling
biomechanical integrity.
